Sometimes I'll get on youtube and search for chair exercises or low impact exercises, and do several of those. There's a ton of them.... so many that you could probably do different ones every day practically forever, since more are added all the time. And like the pp said, there is lots of stuff here on Spark. If the video I choose includes an interval of something I can't do (like jumping jacks), I just march in place or do side steps until the instructor moves on to doing something else, and I join back in. I've done Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred, just substituting in lower impact stuff for the jumping around parts.
