I just got one and it said it was waterproof as long as the back was closed properly after replacing the battery. emoticon

A tip for future reference, if you ever accidentally run an electronic device through the wash, you can sometimes save it by sticking it in a container of rice!

I am thankful that the activity tracker is hardy. I just ran it thru the washer - I could have sworn I removed it from my jeans before I threw them in, but obviously hadn't. I figured I had ruined the tracker and was bemoaning that I had just wasted the money I spent on it. .

But after removing the battery, I discovered there was no water. Then I got on my tracker page and discovered it had synced just a minute before - so I'm good. I figured the best outcome I could hope for was replacing the battery, but I didn't even have to do that.

I'm a happy camper!
