I need something too - my workout pants fit perfectly until I get on the treadmill. Then they are sliding down and I'm yanking them up the entire time I'm running. ARGH!
I have the same problem with my chest area. SO PAINFUL! I feel like every part of my body is jiggling around when I am running, but the belly and chest are definitely the worst.
Also - so cool that you signed up for a 5K!!! I can run 3.1 miles now, but I still haven't signed up. I'm still too intimidated. Good for you!!!
