squats = getting out of a chair, reaching to get something from a low cabinet.
woodchops with a weight = reaching to get high things
step ups = stairs
pushups/standing chest press with resistance band = pushing open a heavy door
rows = pulling open a door
deadlift = shovelling snow, moving heavy furniture, picking up a heavy box.
