Sparkpeople lists Walk Away the Pounds as an example under low impact aerobics, so I would go with that. There is a little bit more involved than just walking, and some of her workouts really use the entire body.
Personally, I wear a HRM when doing the workouts.

I do a Leslie Sansone DVD 3-5 times a week. I have been tracking it as walking but I was wondering if there are any plans to add her as an activity. Instead of walking should I use low impact aerobics? Thanks for any suggestions.
