I love TRX! Although I feel like it's more strength training, I track it as circuit training since my class does conditioning drills between sets (jump squats, burpees etc.) which adds cardio.

150 to 145: done!
145 to 140: almost! (current: 141)
Goal: 135

TRX is strength training. Or maybe some classes you'd do jumping jacks, etc between strength exercises and perhaps could be logged as circuit training.

I have recently started doing TRX, and was surprised to not find it on Sparkpeople's fitness tracker. I thought this was a fairly popular fitness craze... So, I how do I figure my calories burned???
