Could you post a link to a picture of this ball? I'm having a hard time visualizing what it looks like.

I purchased a back and core kit that included a peanut shaped medicine ball(small hand held size) The dvd came with 2 routines, but they get old fast. I am looking to add more so that I can vary what areas I can work with it along with the back. Has anyone see free exercises online for use with this peanut ball?
