There is nothing wrong with 180 minutes. I have lost 50 pounds with a weekly goal of 150 minutes.
I am part of a monthly fitness minutes challenge here on SP and my monthly goal is 600 minutes. Yes, I usually go over goal a little -- but not by much. That 150 per week has worked for me.
