That's wonderful progress !! There are members who started their exercise routine by walking to their mailbox and back. That's where they started. We all had to start some where, but with time and regular practice we all will see our strength and endurance increase. And that's pretty awesome.

Wow! I know it may not seem like many minutes to some but after three weeks I finally made my weekly goal of 180 minutes. Had to do 48 minutes today because I missed yesterday but I made it. Yes to the minute. Don't think I could have done more.
