We did update the Fitness Tracker page, but there are a couple options for strength training. You can use the search box to search for a particular exercise (cardio or strength training), you can manually enter an exercise, or you can also use the Workout Generator which will give you strength training exercises that you can do and add to your tracker. The Workout Generator can be found by going to the Articles & Videos tab at the top of the page, click on Fitness, then click on Workout Generator part way down the center of the page.
