I agree with everyone that said go slow! One more thing, if you're still coughing you may still be contagious for up to 10 days. I wouldn't go to a gym where you can spread it around. I wouldn't try to work up a sweat yet. See how you feel after work and then slowly start walking a little each day until you can pick up speed. I'd stay close to home in case you feel woozy!
