I am in a workout program and I have no idea how many calories I am burning so that I can calculate my food intake properly. It is called focus T25 and it is a newer workout program from beachbody. I love it! It is tough but short. You work very hard for 25minutes and then cool down for a couple at the end. I just don't know how to many calories I am burning while doing it. It is similar to Insanity workout but not as long. Is there a way to figure out how many calories I am burning?
