I've been working out to Leslie Sansone's "Walk at Home: A Mile Each Morning" DVD (purchased it), and really enjoy it. It's easy to follow, and I get a good workout. But, I would like some more variety. With the cold and snowy weather, I'm wanting another DVD or two so I can continue working out at home until it gets warm and clear enough to get outside. I know there are a lot of online videos available (including here on SparkPeople), but it's easier for me to follow on the larger screen of my TV (which doesn't have an HDMI port to connect to my laptop). Here's what I'm looking for:
1) Easy to follow -- i.e., no complicated combo routines (like where your arms and legs are going in different directions at the same time, or too many different steps at a time). I'm just not that coordinated!
2) Moderately intense (good for beginners like me)
3) Lots of fun and variety (including strength training)
4) Doesn't require any equipment other than dumbbells (can't afford it, and don't have the space)
Thanks in advance!
