start with the wall and gradually find lower platforms to put your hand. That way, your body is always in the straight military pushup position as you work your way down to the floor.

So, one of my goals has always been to be able to do a military style push-up. I have never got around to doing that though. I can barely finish a set of the girly push ups. I've been looking for a plan i can follow, but most of them are for people who can already do at least one military style push-up. Do you guys have any suggestions of a good plan?
