I have a bulged disc in my back, as well as SI joint dysfunction :( Needless to say, the pain is really bad when I have a flare up.
I was working out 5 days a week when I started at Sparkpeople, but due to flare ups and having to take breaks, I've only been able to get up 2 days a week before I have another flare up and am on the bench again (for over two years).
I was wondering if anyone out there has similar issues to me and could suggest some exercises I could do from a seated position, or cardio which is super low impact (to get me started when I'm back on my feet). Is there such a thing? Just wanted to get a read on if anyone else out there encounters similar problems.
