Definitely feel the same way about coffee! However, I graduated to drinking it black 6 years ago and I haven't looked back. Every once in awhile I'll do a specialty drink, buuuut even then it's always with skim milk and sugar free syrup :)

yes, I was in shock when I first learned about how many calories can be in some coffee drinks! now I use artificial sweetener and a small amount of whatever type of cream I use, today I used soy milk, but I absolutely tracked it.

I've found that hot drinks are pretty much my key. They help stave off cravings, and there's a huge variety; I drink coffee, tea, hot chocolate... you name it! Just remember to count your condiments. They can add up if you're not careful!

I overate and didn't get much exercise for 2 days. Today after I had coffee I had the motivation and energy to do a decent amount of strength training and some cardio to warm up, I also feel like I am back on track with my eating.
I guess I learned that I cannot skip my coffee.
