Low impact aerobics might be another option to track it.

I wish I could show a clip of the workouts. It's not just walking and strength training. It's like, walk in place, do some side steps, walk in place, do some kicks, walk in place, knee lifts, etc. It's a well-rounded cardio routine, and I know I burn more calories than what's listed for a 15-minute mile. emoticon

If it's a combination of walking and strength training, I'd log them separately like you've been doing. Sounds like you're on the right track.

I work out 5 times per week to Leslie Sansone's "Walk at Home: A Mile Each Morning" DVD, which contains routines that mix walking in place with other toning exercises. How do I enter this in the Fitness Tracker? I've been entering the walking part (15-minute mile), then the other parts separately, even though you continue walking (or moving your feet anyway) as you do the others. Just want to make sure I log it all correctly.
