I wish I could show a clip of the workouts. It's not just walking and strength training. It's like, walk in place, do some side steps, walk in place, do some kicks, walk in place, knee lifts, etc. It's a well-rounded cardio routine, and I know I burn more calories than what's listed for a 15-minute mile.
