So, I'm generally pretty good about getting my exercise in, but my favorite form is generally dancing. the 30 minute Total Body Challenge on my Spark Bootcamp dvd is an absolute slog for me. I can't stop looking at the countdown clock when I do it.
On the other hand I can get through 40-45 minutes of my Michael Jackson dance game for Wii (believe me, you can work up a sweat with that one) with no issues at all. I never end up watching the clock. I like my Zumba game too, though it's a little more of a challenge with the hopping around in certain songs.
Do any of you guys have good dance/dance-like go-tos for cardio that you like or use often?
I could really use some suggestions if you have any.
