I rotate through 3 days a week (Sun, Tues, Fri) of Deadlift day, Overhead Press Day, Squat Day and Bench Press Day. Each day has 3 assists like one arm rows, push ups, triceps extensions, side bends, chest press, weighted situps, back extensions, lunges, sumo squats, hamstring lifts.
I squeeze in anywhere from 15-45 mins of cardio 6 days a week. I usually do intervals of jogging and various jumping. Sometimes I loosely follow Jillian Michael's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism with no body weight training. I replace those intervals with cardio.
I can't get outside to run because I have young children so I do a lot of jogging in spot in my living room. ;)
