You can log your gym time however you would like. It's really a matter of preference and how you want to continue tracking it. If you think you want to separate it for tracking purposes, then I would recommend tracking it separate. However, strength training doesn't burn as much calories as cardio does, so it's not really an accurate view point in that regard, even with a heart rate monitor. Hi. I went to the gym today and also the pool for a total of 105 minutes where I burnt 799 calories. Lap swimming at pool. Gym consisted a mix of cardio and strength. Can I log the gym side of things just under cardio? Thanks
