What Jen said. I've worked out 6 days per week for the last year and I still get DOMS.

DOMS happens with even the most fit people, so it's not just for those who don't exercise regularly. Anytime you change your routine and challenge your muscles in different ways, DOMS can occur.

I have been exercising for years but I still get DOMS after a tough workout. Is it normal? I thought you only get DOMS if you only exercise ocassionaly. But I do cardio and Pilates regularly. I do miss a workout now and then but otherwise, I fairly regular.
