The minutes count, but since you don't burn as many calories as you do during the workout, that's why it's not included in the calories burned info. You could manually add the warm up and cool down minutes to your tracker if you'd like.

H i! I am currently doing the 28 day bootcamp with coach Nicole and went to enter it in the fitness tracker. I was able to find calories for the 12 minute work out but are there no calories burned during the warm up and cool down. Does that count as fitness minutes. Any helpl with this would be appreciated
