Good morning! I am back on the journey toward a healthier body after a year of bad habits. Two years ago, I lost more than 70 pounds and actually ran 3 5Ks, but then a series of life emergencies left me unable to make healthy choices. I regained the weight and my physical endurance is really poor.
I would love to get back to running, with a goal to walk/jog a 5K by my birthday in April. I used the C25K program last time and believe that it is a good program for me, but I'm not sure how fit I need to be before I start even the first week. Can you give me an idea of what level of fitness I should have before I start the jogging program?
