It's currently about -29 and dropping where I am, and my asthma kicks in at about -10 or so, so my walk is not going to happen... downside is that it looks like this cold snap is going to stay around at least a few days (blizzard tomorrow)
Does anybody have any suggestions for cardio done indoors? I don't have any big equipment, mainly because I don't have much room, I can't do anything too high impact, due to a back injury, and I hate marching/walking in place.
Is beauty lost if you don't take the time to look for it?
