Thanks - I have P90X but I'm not into extreme body building, just an average 55 year old trying to keep well toned. I dropped my weight from 214 to 169lbs and exercise 5 days a week. I've been doing mostly aerobic training but now feel I can introduce strength every other day. I like the P90x training style but I do find it really hard. I also have bad arthritic knees from too much squash and a skiing accident years ago.
Started at 214lbs Jan 1, 2013. Now 172 in maintenance, lowest achieved weight 169 which was second goal after I realized more could go around 180lbs.
