A week isn't long. However, a lot depends on how long you were exercising before you took the week off! If you have been regular and regularly increasing intensity over a significant time, starting where you were should be fine.
For me, longer exercise breaks usually need me to pay more attention to form and body 'use' than to the amount of work I do. Carelessness after a break causes more injuries than most other changes in routine imo.
