I own a treadmill and it is my intention to use it two to three times a week. However, at my school (I'm a graduate student), there is an amazing gym with a fitness center and all of the bells and whistles.
When classes start again I have scheduled myself in two to three times at the gym alternated by days at home on the treadmill. The problem is... what do I do at the gym? How do I know like what I NEED to do? I'm not nervous about the equipment or anything... I'm just not sure how to figure out what my "routine" should be... any pointers?
