Just started the Brazil Butt Lift program yesterday - I can't believe how tough this work out is! Day 2 and I'm still pausing and stopping for long water breaks and breathers. Talk about a wake-up call. Is anyone else doing this program? My goal is eventually to make it through the work-out without stopping for breaks! LOL but I can definitely feel this working!!! Can't wait to start seeing the results!

My new promise to myself for 2014 is to forgive myself. If I have a setback, this time I won't give up or call myself a failure. Instead I'll forgive myself and keep going.

Ultimately we're all human and if we keep going when we stumble, we'll get there! Slow and steady wins the race!
