I do her strong arms workout. I got it on youtube, I started with 3 lb weights and now I am up to 5 and probably will continue to sixes in a few weeks.

I like her other workouts too, but doing an exercise dvd all of the time proved to be annoying.

The contents of my skin suit. I can do bodyweight exercise anywhere any time and never need to go anywhere or spend any money.


It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.

I said getting fit was simple, I did not say it was easy.

Cardio burns calories, strength work burns fat.

Eat well to lose weight, exercise to get fit

You can not build a six pack using twelve packs


Often when we seek a magic bullet for fitness we end up shooting ourselves in the foot.

I own a lot of small workout accessories: foam roller, half foam, foot stretchers, foot reformer, a pilates arc, a bodyblad and bunches of bands.

My favorite is a pullup bar that attaches to the top of a door frame. I can't do pullups, but with use of bands, I can do some pretty nifty balance exercises.

I don't own any exercise equipment, but we have a Clubhouse with a few exercise machines. I like the elliptical trainer the best.

Free weights and elastic bands.

You can make your workout as easy or as hard as you want. Can use for just weight training or add the light ones to you walking routine and up the cardio benefits.

The elastic bands help me with the stretching as well as building muscle.

I love my ifit treadmill love to map where I want to walk I have walked 293 mile on it since April

Trying to eat healthy exercise daily, slow down my pace in life think positive and all in all get in Better Shape and Keep Heart healthy and enjoy the life God has given me.

my boring old tread mill - it is always there - whether i feel energetic or just slow and grind thru it -
i just gave away stair steppers, weights, bench and tons of videos - just cannot do any of them any more.

Actually I have 3 favorites, a small rubber bull and a bear that I use for grip, forearm, and isometric exercise, and my metal detector for walking with a purpose. My next one is my recurve bow.

My treadmill. It sits in my lounge and stares at me while I watch TV until I get off my backside and exercise. And it's so convenient to be able to work out at home while my kids are asleep. emoticon

I love my stationary bike. It's perfect for getting in some extra cardio on those days I don't go to the gym.

I like GERALDDEB's response. I use my treadmill almost daily because walking on the road is to painful to my back. And having the rails to hold on to help with my balance.

Love my bicycle! Have a goal to bike to work as many days as possible in 2014. I live in Utah, so it can get dicey, but it's will be worth it to try.

With the cold Wisconsin winters it is hard to get outside to workout so my favorite equipment to use at the moment would be my treadmill.
