I just recently joined Curves. I have tried several gyms in the past, but this seems to work for me. I go in the morning, I drop my grandson off at school & go workout. Go hack home to shower & leave for work. Its a busy morning, but if I don't do it first thing in the morning, I don't go.

Considering joining a new gym that will be opening soon. How does everyone feel about exercising in the morning and do you use the gym facilities to shower etc prior to going to work? I think this may be the answer to my "finding the time" dilema to work out. After work is tough due to dinner prep and homework w/ my daughter. ANY input is appreciated!
