When carrying extra weight while walking, use a weight vest or backpack that placejavascript:void(0); the weight close to your center of gravity. Carrying weights in the hands stresses joints in ways they are not meant to be stressed.

But in answer to your question, count them as increased total body weight in the walking calculator at www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.php

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Do you use a HRM to determine calories burned? If so, you can make your own exercise and enter the calories from the HRM.

Is there a way to edit into the tracker how many calories are burned if you carry weights with you while walking/use a weighted vest/etc.? If not, do you know of a website to estimate this?
