I LOVE Jessica Smith! Definetely one of my favorite trainers. I was doing her weekly schedule for awhile and did her FITN15 Challenge but haven't done any of her stuff lately because I started the Jillian Michael's 90 Day Body Revolution. I'm going to start doing her stuff again after I finish with Jillian. I'm subscribed on Youtube and am on her email list and she just sent out that they are excited to be bringing new stuff to her channel soon

I haven't done many of her routines but from my experience her walking workouts are VERY good. Of course she does much more than that, so it's very possible that you may be able to mix and match your favorite routines to create a custom program of sorts.
You'll like her style of workouts. She keeps things moving but she plays fair, in my opinion.
I haven't ordered it yet, waiting until Amazon has the Fitbit Surge HR, and then I'll get it. I have her Walk On and Walking for Weightloss. So far, none of the workouts are the same. She always comes up with new ideas.

I signed up and got the email, but every time I click the link for that days workout video nothing loads :( Anytime I click a video on her website nothing loads... Previously I used her videos on YouTube, so maybe I will just go there, see if I can find the videos and see if they will load there... Hoping that works...I was looking forward to doing this challenge!

Jessica is AWESOME! I joined her 4 week challenge and today was day 1! It was a great 30 minutes workout and i could do almost all of it (no jumping for me.....bad back) but it was really great. My husband joined in (every time I looked over at him I had to chuckle) and my dog laid right down in from of all the action. He was taking his queue from Peanut!!!!

I love Jessica and Peanut. I use her mainly for cardio. I can't do many of her strength videos because I have a wrist problem. I can't do any bodyweight exercises and she uses them in most of her strength workouts. Most of her cardio can be adapted to low impact if it isn't already. She even has a 9-minute low-impact HIIT that shows that low impact doesn't have to mean low energy.

BRENNA84, Have you tried Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone? Her videos are very low impact. They can also be ramped up to make them more intense. I think Jessica Smith is pretty high impact, although she does give modifications for some moves.
Hope you find something easier on your joints!

Has anyone used Jessica Smith TV as exercise? The videos look good and I like the fact that there is a weekly plan, but I just wanted to know if anyone else has used it with results? I'll use my HRM that I'm getting for Christmas (yay!) to track calories burned!
