Just finished up week 3! I feel fantastic! If I have to miss a day I make up for it on the weekend. I have lost inches and I am loving it! emoticon emoticon

I have been really trying to find my balance with these youtube trainers.

I started Jessica Smith's challenge this week (yesterday.) I've been doing her walking videos on and off with Leslie- I love them both for different reasons!

I signed up and got the email, but every time I click the link for that days workout video nothing loads :( Anytime I click a video on her website nothing loads... Previously I used her videos on YouTube, so maybe I will just go there, see if I can find the videos and see if they will load there... Hoping that works...I was looking forward to doing this challenge!

Jessica is AWESOME! I joined her 4 week challenge and today was day 1! It was a great 30 minutes workout and i could do almost all of it (no jumping for me.....bad back) but it was really great. My husband joined in (every time I looked over at him I had to chuckle) and my dog laid right down in from of all the action. He was taking his queue from Peanut!!!!

ok, now i'll really have to try her out

fitness blender can be REALLY hard on my knees and i have to make TONS of alteration all of the time

a lot of exercises just don't click with my body.

I love love love Jessica Smith. She has a really pleasant personality and her workouts are definitely adaptable for low impact. She is quickly becoming one of if not my favorite "trainer".

I love Jessica and Peanut. I use her mainly for cardio. I can't do many of her strength videos because I have a wrist problem. I can't do any bodyweight exercises and she uses them in most of her strength workouts. Most of her cardio can be adapted to low impact if it isn't already. She even has a 9-minute low-impact HIIT that shows that low impact doesn't have to mean low energy.

i'm not wanting cardio. I'm wanting strength training, resistence training, etc. to help build muscles. not really cardio.

Have you tried Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone? Her videos are very low impact. They can also be ramped up to make them more intense. I think Jessica Smith is pretty high impact, although she does give modifications for some moves.

Hope you find something easier on your joints!

I did my first one today! It is really tough (I've been doing Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds for about 3 months). In my opinion, she is easier to follow than Coach Nicole's videos.

Are you going to join her 4-week weight loss challenge beginning on Monday the 6th? I have decided to participate. I am in the middle of another rotation, but I am now dealing with exercise dread with it and need something new. I like Jessica's personality, so I'm in.

I love Jessica's exercises
yoga, interval, cardio, walking at place, Ballet

the time go fast

for Ballet as I remember I burned 218 in 29mins (according to my polar watch) it was awesome easy moves

Has anyone used Jessica Smith TV as exercise? The videos look good and I like the fact that there is a weekly plan, but I just wanted to know if anyone else has used it with results? I'll use my HRM that I'm getting for Christmas (yay!) to track calories burned!
