I signed up and got the email, but every time I click the link for that days workout video nothing loads :( Anytime I click a video on her website nothing loads... Previously I used her videos on YouTube, so maybe I will just go there, see if I can find the videos and see if they will load there... Hoping that works...I was looking forward to doing this challenge!

Jessica is AWESOME! I joined her 4 week challenge and today was day 1! It was a great 30 minutes workout and i could do almost all of it (no jumping for me.....bad back) but it was really great. My husband joined in (every time I looked over at him I had to chuckle) and my dog laid right down in from of all the action. He was taking his queue from Peanut!!!!

I love Jessica and Peanut. I use her mainly for cardio. I can't do many of her strength videos because I have a wrist problem. I can't do any bodyweight exercises and she uses them in most of her strength workouts. Most of her cardio can be adapted to low impact if it isn't already. She even has a 9-minute low-impact HIIT that shows that low impact doesn't have to mean low energy.

BRENNA84, Have you tried Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone? Her videos are very low impact. They can also be ramped up to make them more intense. I think Jessica Smith is pretty high impact, although she does give modifications for some moves.
Are you going to join her 4-week weight loss challenge beginning on Monday the 6th? I have decided to participate. I am in the middle of another rotation, but I am now dealing with exercise dread with it and need something new. I like Jessica's personality, so I'm in.

Has anyone used Jessica Smith TV as exercise? The videos look good and I like the fact that there is a weekly plan, but I just wanted to know if anyone else has used it with results? I'll use my HRM that I'm getting for Christmas (yay!) to track calories burned!
