I'm a runner that runs between 20 and 30 miles per week. Normally, I'm able to run a pace that keeps my heart rate between 130-140 beats per minute. If I do that, I can run as long as I want. However, for the last 2 weeks I've had an issue keeping my heart rate that low. Seems that no matter how much I slow my pace, my heart rate climbs into the 150's very early in my run. I've had no change in my diet, sleep, or health. Don't understand what's going on. Any ideas?
