Great job on the six. If I can I am going to try and get a run in today. On the mill again as it's really cold still… -20C and not supposed to improve anytime soon. Did a double JNL yesterday- bicep builder and lean legs. Hadn't done one in a while and had the time yesterday. So my chest is very sore today as well as my quads.
How's the diet going? I am considering sewing my lips shut :) Just kidding. I am really trying to figure out why I have been so bad with my eating lately. Started off strong in January then just kept sliding. If I didn't exercise I would be at least 20 lbs. heavier, but if I ate better I'd be 20 lbs. lighter!
It's the start of a new month- hopefully I'll get things figured out.
