I had one of those day when i had very low energy. Just didn't feel like exercising. I get it from time to time. I usually don't perform well on such days - only managed to run 4.2 miles this morning.

Jillian's workouts are tough. I have done a few and have always found them to be hard.

I did something to my knee on friday and couldn't walk on it saturday morning. Have been resting it and taking anti-inflammmatories. Feeling a lot better today- hope to do some JNL tomorrow.

Did No more trouble zones dvd today and yesterday. Honestly, i have love/hate relationship with this workout. Its J. Michaels again and Insanity is piece of cake in comparison. And it hurts like hell.

Doing well with push ups and crunches. Must admit i rarely do those. Most of my DVD's includes different versions of substitutes to crunches - much harder substitutes. emoticon

Kettle Bells for me this morning together with JNL speed & agility. Hoping to go for a run tomorrow morning.

I think that one of the JNL videos is tough! No such thing as lazy when you got out there and did it!

6.3 mile run for me this morning. I was suppose to have a day off today but i was not sure if we would have a good weather tomorrow so i decided to run today instead - while its dry. I was waking up at 5 am for last couple of days hoping to go running and every time it was raining.

Sorry for disappearing for 2 days. Early mornings and busy days.

I ran 3.5 miles of easy hills on Wednesday and went skiing yesterday. Skiing was fun but cold.

Yes, it is definitely very expensive hobby of mine. Luckily i am bothered about eating. I just like to bake.

I can't say that i am very artistic person but i do pick up things very easy. I remember the first course i took - cake decorating with chocolate. I loved it so much. It was amazing feeling to do something i actually enjoy. Until last year i have been doing my accountancy exams.
Will be back to JNL tomorrow morning. Have a good weekend!

Crack a lackin' cardio today. It really kicked my butt. I feel tired from my run yesterday- I pushed hard to get some miles in.

I am making homemade beef jerky. Good protein snacks. The carrot cake sounds good- my daughter loves to bake and has gotten pretty good at decorating with fondant. It's expensive but we tried to make our own and it was a disaster!

Welcome Elizabeth! Hope you will have fun with JNL as much as we do. Must admit i do not follow recommended workouts on calendar. I just do what i feel on the day. I also like running so for me weather plays huge planning factor as we do get lots of rains in London.

Taking a day off today. Baked a carrot cake yesterday, will be practicing with icing today. Would love to learn to decorate as professional baker emoticon

My weight usually goes up next day after a long run. Almost every time and it takes few days to go down until i run again emoticon

Thanks! Didn't get anything in yesterday, hoping to run at lunch today.

I ate 1500 calories on Wednesday, the day I did the double JNL, and when I weighed myself the next morning I was up FOUR pounds!! emoticon I don't get it!!
