I doubt you or anyone simply attempting to get fit needs three cardio sessions a week. CVardio is ove rated as a fitness tool, it is a one trick pony in that while it seems to burn a lot of calories the effect is transient only occurring during the active exercise. Strength training on the other hand is what is commonly called an after burn which is a continued calorie burn after the exercise session is completed. Cardio does not have the same after exercise effect.
Concentrate on your strength training, it has more benefits than cardio and over time will help to improve the quality of the cardio you do.
It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.
I said getting fit was simple, I did not say it was easy.
Cardio burns calories, strength work burns fat.
Eat well to lose weight, exercise to get fit
