I saw beachbody had a low impact series, slim in 6. I ordered it, I saw some of the reviews say that it is boring so I am crossing my fingers. I think I am just doing the cardio aspect of it for now because I ordered Les Mills pump for strength training. I have been wanting to try pump for a while.

I have had both knees replaced so jacks are out of the question for me but the dvd without jumping aren't as intense. I do turbo jam, turbo fire, high intensity workouts I just modify I don't jump always one foot on the floor.
Ellen Barrett's Barefoot Cardio (I think that's the title) doesn't involve any jumping, as I recall. It's VERY low impact, which I appreciate.
Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred can be adapted to eliminate jumping and impact but still provide a good - and varied - workout.
Paul Tatami's Kettlebells for Beginners involves NO impact and I think it would be great for apartment dwellers, etc. Just don't drop the kettlebell! :) I also like the setting - a serene garden with a hint of the ocean in the distance. If you don't have a kettlebell you can improvise with a non-slip free weight - I've done it successfully. KBells are a good combination of strength and cardio - invigorating and efficient.
You may be able to find these at your library to sample. You can also see clips at Collage Video.com, which is a great company.

I cannot do jumping in cardio because of my living arrangement. I do have 2 of Leslie Sansone's videos(Walk Away the Pounds) but I would like to add more variety. Cana anyone recommend a good video that doesn't include jumping?
