Hi There,
I just started the Spark People Coach's feature for plateau busting. It is awesome! Very motivating. I've also started calorie cycling, which I learned about from another Spark People message board.
Today's Coach's feature was on celebrating non-scale victories. Maybe it can help you stay motivated. I hope you break thru your plateau soon!
