I have two different workout programs ......... I'm curious on which is better .
1. Monday - 50 min werq (cardio
2 Tuesday - 10 min. eliptical then 30 min strength w/ trainer
3. Wed. - 55 min zumba (cardio)

2. Wed. 55 min zumba (cardio)
I'm wondering because I know I'd burn more calories on option 2 as my metabolism is already running high...... but I'm also only getting in two days of definite exercise.
These are guarenteed workout days for me and was wondering which is the better option in your opinion.
I already know more days are better, and some days I do , but if I'm limited to three days, in your opinion, which is better.
If you don't love yourself....how can you expect others to.
