I fell off my back porch yesterday and broke my foot.
I am an avid exerciser. Now what can I do to keep the habit going? I was going to the gym almost every day. I did the elliptical for 30 minutes and the 30 minute circuit training (like the curves plan).
I will be on crutches for at least a month. I get my hard cast tomorrow. I don't plan on doing anything for the first week. Foot in too much pain.
Can I get some suggestions please?
