calisthenics or ill do some of tiffany rothe's workouts. She has some great vidoes that are only like 10 minutes each. its an awesome way to get in a variety whether you only have time for 10 or a half hour

Plan today 170 min. on ellipticalemoticon , ST using 15 lb weight, stability ball, resistance bands for 60 min emoticon and 10 min stretching emoticon!!!!
