Actually you have no need for cardio equipment you can get all the cardio you need with a properly structured strength workout programme. Cardio is a one trick pony strength training can actually meet all your fitness needs other than for endurance type activities. Do not depend on cardio for fat loss or fitness,
With a little research you can find a strength programme which requires little or no equipment or money expenditure.

I have a great YMCA membership that offers financial assistance and is only 10 minutes from where I live and has a pool. I'm hoping someone at the Y or someone else can show me how to ride a bike so I can do it for fitness. The only other thing I could think of was using a hotel's pool, or seeing if a school lets people use the pool or facilities.
