I'm sorry, I'm still having difficulty understanding this. If I don't track a run on SP, but do track it on FB where will the calories show up? The reason this concerns me is I rely heavily on the calories in and out on the front page. I've been noticing that my calories out is higher on days I don't track exercise in Fitbit, meaning I can eat more. This seems counter intuitive to me. If you are able to look at my account, I manually put in the run on Sunday, in case that is causing confusion.
Another example, right now on my SP front page the fitness tracked number is +74. This morning I logged 70 minutes (775 calories) on Fitbit. Where will that 775 calories show up? I really, REALLY want to eat them
(not *ALL* of them).
Thank you for your patience.
