I would use the Cardio kickboxing (including Taebo, Turbo Kick, Turbo Jam) option in the Fitness Tracker.

I just finished 34 minutes of Billy Blanks advance tae bo workout on youtube. When I came to track it in my fitness tracker I'm seeing that the options there are tae kwon do. Just wondering if the two are the same or should I record it as kickboxing(including Turbo jam). I also checked the calorie burn for that one as well and it amounted to the same calorie burn
