now that I do in excess of 3000 casual steps on my rest days, surely it is time to omit casual steps from my daily pedometer total? On joining SP I was advised to include ALL steps, not merely workouts.
I'd like to be able to track only those vigorous steps that are part of my workout. I don't want to continue to earn burned calories for casual steps, when I haven't even broken sweat clocking them up.
Please kindly advise.
