like they said-2-3 times is enough to keep you on the right track and keep you active. If you wanted to find more ways-it could be more mental than you think. Also-you could make simple swaps so you get exercise places you don't expect to-i.e. parking in the furthest parking spot away, or walking instead of taking a bus, doing desk exercises at work etc

I am currently working 40 hours a week and getting my master's degree. Before this I was really good at working out at least 5-6 days per week, now I am at 2-3 times. How can I find time without having to workout in the morning (I leave my house by 530)?
