I stick to my 2 favourites for cardio right now that I've done for nearly a year. Creature of habit I guess and that's Jump rope w/Coach Nicole (although I make modifications to make it more advanced) and BFBM with JM (again, I modify it to make it more advanced). BFBM is circuits of kickboxing, high knees, butt kicks, jumping jacks, cross country skiing, mountain climbers, skaters, etc. I can't stick to repetitive cardio, I find it gets boring. I like circuits and these are high intensity moves that really get the heart rate up.
