You can also find more videos like the previous poster referenced by clicking on Articles and Videos at the top of the page and going to Videos. Resistance bands can give you a great strength workout because they can be used in a variety of ways.
In addition to strength training, I'd recommend 30 minutes (or so) of cardio exercise 3-4 days per week. The most important thing is that you find something you enjoy doing, because then you're more likely to stick with it. There are cardio videos on the site too if you need ideas.
