If you go to your Start page, in Step 1 you'll see the button to track your weight and a link to edit your weight loss goal next to it. You can click there to update your numbers.

when I started out I was 180 pounds I am now to 166 pounds. how do I change my calorie goals so I am not eating the amount I was when I weighed 180 pounds. where do I change it.
