Zorbs has given you some good advice. There's no way to target fat loss to a specific area of the body- your body will decide for itself where it wants to take the weight off. Your best bet is to establish an eating and exercise routine you can maintain forever. That's how to take the weight off, and keep it off for good.
I don't know many people who could exercise 2 hours a day forever, and you really don't need to unless you're training for some kind of endurance activity. I would cut back on the amount of time you're spending and instead, increase the intensity. I would also recommend adding strength training to your routine 2-3 times a week, and eat in the calorie range SparkPeople suggests.
