I'm not sure how Fitbit pulls the data from our site, but it might not be set up that way on their end.

Sorry about that!

Why won't any changes you make to your food tracker in SP update the Fitbit app? There are occasions when you need to make a change to the food in SP, but the Fitbit app still shows the original entry. The only way is to go into Fitbit, delete and then re-enter the food there. The SP app should automatically sync any changes you make within it. Would you agree?

Leanne,

We realized that the button wasn't needed, because it was actually causing a problem with duplicating entries on Fitbit's site. The program should still be sending the foods over to fitbit once you track them on our site, so the button that was there was not needed and was removed so there was less likely a chance of them being duplicated.

I gave up on using FitBit to track, since it only communicates with Spark when you enter something... if you remove it again, it stays on FitBit. FB thinks I eat 3,500 calories a day when really I'm just trying to plan ahead to get the best macronutrient balance.

*Sigh*

Did you ever get an answer to missing button for sending food to fitbit? It is pitr to have to enter your food twice.

There is a button on the fitness tracker that you can click to sync it if it's not happening automatically. Have you tried that?

My information is NOT syncing to fitbit regularly. Is it on a certain schedule? Once a day maybe? It synced this morning's food, but hasn't synced anything since.

When you pushed that button to send your foods to FitBit it caused double entries to occur. You would have to go into your Food Logged (on FitBit's Dashboard) and erase the duplicate foods listed so I was glad this issue was dealt with, thanks!

Everything you're tracking should be going to Fitbit's site.

Thanks for your reply, The reason why I liked the button was because whenever I added foods from a group, I noticed it didn't send it to fitbit. Is this issue fixed then?
