Hey SparkPeople! I have a question that could be really easy to answer, but will take a minute to ask...
So my sister loves ordering exercise programs, she has always been in shape and loves to exercise, but she does these programs for a few months than moves on to the next trend. I end up with all her old exercise programs.
I currently have Zumba, Brazilian Butt Lift, Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire and a few 10 Minute Solution videos.
My work out routine has been a little erratic and it's probably going to stay that way. I hate planning and setting up a schedule so I have just been doing what sounds the most fun that day.
I've been doing about 30 minutes of cardio (Zumba, Brazilian Butt) followed by 15 - 20 minutes of the turbo jam/fire than finish it off with 10 minute solution flexibility
Is it good for my body that I'm doing this or should I slow it down?
I would do the turbo jam/fire for the entire thing because it feels really productive to me, but I have a bad back and that would be too rough.
